The website currently opens an email order request. Your order, delivery date and payment are confirmed directly with David or Nellie.

Flowers

Flowers are natural and seasonal, so colours and varieties may vary. Website images are a guide to the style and character of the bouquet rather than an exact representation. Where necessary, we may substitute flowers with alternatives of a similar style and equal or greater value.

Delivery

Delivery will be arranged for the date agreed with us when we confirm your order. Please provide the recipient’s correct name, address, telephone number and any relevant access details. If nobody is available, flowers may be left safely or with a neighbour where appropriate. Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in an additional delivery charge.

Cancellations

Fresh flowers are perishable and are not covered by the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation period. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Flower Care

The life of fresh flowers varies depending on variety, temperature and care, so we cannot guarantee a specific vase life.

Problems

If something is not right when your flowers arrive, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours, with photographs where helpful.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
